Youth

The youth ministry at EECOttawa started as a handful of youth deciding to meet up in a friends’ basement to have a small fellowship; AGAPE united Ottawa Youth is a youth group which meets every Friday for worship, prayer, and study of the word of God. The Lord has been gracious and faithful to bring something from nothing in the way that He formed this Friday bible study. “Agape” is the Greek word for a self-sacrificing love, a love that only Christ fully encompassed on the cross and in His character. It’s this very love that has made this youth group into what it is today. The love of Christ, as Paul wrote in 2corinthians 5:14 “ compels us”, to make His glorious name known in all we say and do, Come and worship with us, every Friday from 5:30pm to 9:00Pm and at 225 McClellan Road in Arlington wood church. For those available, we also meet on Sundays from 3:30pm to 5:30pm at 225 McClellan Road in Arlington woods Church for a time of scriptural reflection, corporate worship and fellowship.
